This is an out-of-network / private-pay psychiatric practice offering extended visits and personalized treatment planning. The practice is structured to provide thoughtful, attentive psychiatric care with extended appointment times and direct physician access. The policies below support clinical clarity, reliable scheduling, and a therapeutic process that prioritizes depth, safety, and consistency.

Fees

Initial Psychiatric Evaluation

Comprehensive diagnostic evaluation, review of history, treatment planning, and discussion of therapeutic direction.

90 minutes — $675

Medication Management

Evaluation, prescription management, short supportive therapy (when indicated), and monitoring.

30 minutes — $250 per session

Therapy & Medication Management — 45 Minutes

Integrated psychotherapy and medication management when clinically appropriate.

45 minutes — $350 per session

Therapy & Medication Management — 60 Minutes

Extended psychotherapy and medication management for patients who benefit from a longer format.

60 minutes — $450 per session

All fees are per session and due at the time of service.

Payment

Payment is collected at the time of each appointment.

Credit cards and HSA/FSA cards are accepted for eligible services.

This practice does not contract with insurance plans. Superbills are available for out-of-network reimbursement if your plan includes out-of-network mental health benefits.

Cancellation Policy

Appointment times are reserved exclusively for you.

To protect availability for all patients:

Cancellations with fewer than 48 business hours' notice, or missed appointments, are billed at the full session fee.
Business hours exclude weekends and holidays.

Communication

Non-urgent messages are responded to during business hours.

Email and messaging are not continuously monitored.

Clinical questions, significant medication concerns, and changes in symptoms are addressed during scheduled appointments.

This practice does not provide after-hours emergency care.

Medication Refills

Refills are managed during scheduled visits to ensure treatment safety and continuity.

Controlled-substance medications require regular follow-up appointments and cannot be refilled early.

Emergencies & Crisis Care

If you are experiencing a psychiatric emergency or safety concern, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

This practice is not a crisis-response provider.

Good Faith Estimate

In accordance with the No Surprises Act, you are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate outlining anticipated treatment costs.

This estimate is provided prior to initiating care.
